The Postcard Traders Association stages the first of its annual two-day fairs at Woking tomorrow and Saturday (Friday May 11 and Saturday 12).
It’s the flagship event for the PTA, the umbrella organisation representing fair trade for many dealers in the UK, and some abroad.
The doors open 10-am to 5pm tomorrow, and 10am-4pm on Saturday. The admission is £3 on Friday and £2 on Saturday, and many of the country’s top dealers from southern England will be attending.
Other major fairs in the next few weeks include Bury St Edmunds (Suffolk) on May 26, the Royal National Hotel in London on May 27 and the Big Surrey Fairs event at Tolworth the next day.
Haywards Heath, East Sussex, on June 2 and Bristol the following day are other big events in the calendar.
Picture Postcard Monthly carries details and advertisements on all the shows named above, as well as regular listings of all postcard fairs around the country, the upcoming major international fairs and a number of postcard-related auctions in the UK.
