Organisers of the long-running Bristol Postcard Fair have cancelled their annual showpiece Autumn event because of lack of support from dealers.
Only around 17/18 dealers had booked for the show at Portishead on Saturday October 28 – half the usual number that attend.
Club secretary Michael Lambert said: “We felt making the early decision was the fairest thing for those dealers who had said they would attend and also the collectors who were planning to come along.
“We’ve been holding the fair for 35 years. I don’t think we will organise another one now. ”
